What happened: Aday Mara blocked a shot at the rim and finished a two-hand alley-oop in his first NBA game. Oklahoma City led 90-78 in the third quarter with the game still in progress.

Why it matters: Two-way plays in a debut point to immediate rotation use in live third-quarter minutes. The sequence came with Oklahoma City in front during the second half.

What to watch: The rest of the second half shows whether Mara keeps earning rim-protection minutes.
