Fourth-out rule gives Red Sox run after 16-minute delay
Boston was awarded a seventh-inning run after a 16-minute delay because its runner crossed home before Toronto completed a non-force out at first. The Blue Jays lost the opportunity to erase the run by leaving the field without making an advantageous appeal at third, but still won 2-1.
