🚨🇸🇦 EXCLUSIVE: Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli are in advanced talks to sign Francisco Trincão from Sporting. Negotations Via @FabrizioRomano on X

What happened: Al Ahli are in advanced talks with Sporting to sign Francisco Trincão for a fee around €50 million. Trincão is open to the move and could replace Riyad Mahrez.

Why it matters: The negotiations could give Al Ahli a new option on the wing while requiring Sporting to replace a key attacker. A €50 million agreement would approach the value of Trincão's release clause.

By the numbers: Trincão signed a Sporting contract through 2030 in March 2026. The deal retained a €60 million release clause, €10 million above the fee under discussion.

What to watch: The clubs must settle the transfer fee and structure before personal terms and a medical can clear the move.
