What happened: Center Aliyah Boston publicly praised guard Kelsey Mitchell's daily preparation and scoring performance following the Indiana Fever's 109-75 road victory on July 13. Speaking on Mitchell, who joined Boston as a 2026 WNBA All-Star starter, Boston emphasized that her teammate consistently arrives ready to compete and plays at an exceptionally high level every single day.

Why it matters: The 109-point offensive output elevated Indiana's regular-season record to 14-9 while supporting a team scoring average of 93.8 points per game. Consistent high-level production from their veteran backcourt and interior anchor directly impacts the franchise's postseason positioning over the remainder of the 2026 WNBA schedule.

What to watch: Indiana will aim to carry its 93.8-point scoring average into the next slate of regular-season matchups. Continued offensive efficiency from both All-Star starters will be critical as the team navigates the remainder of the 2026 schedule.
