ALPEREN SENGUN POSTER ALERT 😱 Via @HoustonRockets on X

What happened: Alperen Sengun powered home a contested interior dunk during regular-season play. The finish builds on recent momentum for the 24-year-old center after he took over the fourth quarter on Oct. 24.

Why it matters: Aggressive finishing in traffic continues to anchor Sengun's early-season offensive role in the 2026-27 campaign. His interior production has driven the half-court offense since preseason play opened earlier this month.

By the numbers: Sengun posted a 23-point, 10-rebound double-double on Oct. 22 after recording a 16-point, 10-rebound, 10-assist triple-double in 22 minutes on Oct. 13.

What to watch: Sengun continues his regular-season schedule as the opening stretch of the 2026-27 NBA slate progresses.
