What happened: Anthony Black stripped the ball in the backcourt and drove to the rim for a transition basket. The sequence pushed his individual scoring tally to 21 points.

Why it matters: Black has stepped into an expanded role after being cleared to play late last month. The performance provides two-way production as backcourt rotations take shape early in the 2026-27 regular season.

What to watch: Rotations and perimeter minutes will continue to take shape across the opening month of the schedule.
