What happened: Apple TV will carry the full Bahrain Grand Prix weekend from Sepang without a subscription. Practice, qualifying and Sunday's race all stream from the Formula 1 hub on the platform. The free feed retains 4K picture, 5.1 audio and multiview data options.

Why it matters: Free access lowers the entry barrier for U.S. viewers during a triple-header stretch. The Malaysia round follows George Russell's pole-to-win run at Baku. Mercedes now holds the top two championship spots with Ferrari next.

By the numbers: Kimi Antonelli leads the standings by 66 points over George Russell. Russell moved to second after converting pole into victory in Baku. Lewis Hamilton is third, 37 points behind Russell.

What to watch: Qualifying runs at 3:25am ET Saturday ahead of Sunday's 1:50am ET start. No subscription is needed to open either stream.
