What happened: Zac Taylor stated that Cashius Howell is likely headed to injured reserve with a wrist injury, while cornerback DJ Turner is day-to-day with a heel issue. Falcons coach Kevin Stefanski announced that Samson Ebukam and Zachariah Branch are out this week with hamstring injuries.

Why it matters: The potential absence of Howell strains Cincinnati's defensive line depth following the team's recent victory. Atlanta faces immediate rotation adjustments on defense and special teams with Ebukam and Branch sidelined.

What to watch: Cincinnati will evaluate Howell's roster status before making a formal injured reserve transaction. Atlanta will monitor Ebukam and Branch throughout the week ahead of its next matchup.
