What happened: Jonatan Berggren and Justin Faulk will face their former clubs for the first time since being moved in a Saturday matchup in Detroit. Berggren enters the contest after St. Louis re-signed him to a one-year, $2M extension in July. The game is scheduled for a 12 p.m. CT start.

Why it matters: The matchup brings immediate personal stakes as both skaters adjust to new roles following their off-season departures. The early-season contest tests depth and execution for both clubs in the 2026-27 campaign.

What to watch: Both teams return to action following the matinee as the 2026-27 regular season continues.
