What happened: Blake Corum slipped past two defenders to extend a run during Monday night action. It followed his go-ahead rushing touchdown earlier in the same game.

Why it matters: The back-to-back flashes showed his tackle-breaking role in the rotation. Corum entered 2026 after a 746-yard, six-touchdown season across 17 games in 2025.

By the numbers: 2025: 145 carries, 746 yards, 6 TD in 17 games. Drafted 83rd overall in 2024 out of Michigan.

What to watch: Watch his carry split the rest of the night and whether the short-yardage work stays his.
