What happened: Justin Boone updated rest-of-season fantasy trade values ahead of Week 7 with Jonathan Taylor among veteran running backs to move. The update keeps the Rams backfield with the starter while Blake Corum holds spike-week value and Davante Adams faces a 6-to-10-week absence after a ruptured hamstring.

Why it matters: Week 7 brings bye-week roster pressure and favorable run matchups for Los Angeles against Las Vegas and the Los Angeles Chargers, both inside the top 10 for fantasy points allowed to backs. Pittsburgh draws New Orleans, which allows the most fantasy points to running backs, shaping near-term starting decisions.

By the numbers: Taylor ran 323 times for 1,585 yards and 18 touchdowns in 17 games in 2025. Corum added 746 yards and six scores on 145 carries that season, while Rico Dowdle posted 1,076 yards and six touchdowns and Samaje Perine totaled 382 yards and three scores.

What to watch: Watch Week 7 workloads for Taylor and snap splits involving Corum, Dowdle and Perine coming out of Cincinnati's bye.
