What happened: With her second made free throw of the night, Breanna Stewart moved past Tina Thompson into sixth place on the WNBA's all-time free throws made list. The milestone came during New York's Commissioner's Cup matchup against Toronto on USA Network.

Why it matters: Free-throw volume is a marker of both longevity and consistent scoring usage, and Stewart continues to climb the league's career leaderboards as one of its premier two-way forwards. Passing a Hall of Famer like Thompson underscores how steadily Stewart has accumulated production over her career.

What to watch: Watch whether Stewart keeps climbing toward fifth on the all-time list as New York continues its Commissioner's Cup run.
