What happened: Cal Raleigh made an immediate impact in his return from a month-long absence, driving in two runs to lead the Seattle Mariners to a 3-1 victory over the Baltimore Orioles. Shortstop J.P. Crawford also returned to the lineup as Seattle snapped a recent skid at T-Mobile Park.

Why it matters: The return of the 'Big Dumper' provides a massive boost for a Seattle lineup that has struggled for consistency. Raleigh is coming off a historic 2025 campaign where he set a catcher record with 60 home runs, and his presence behind the plate supported a 10-strikeout performance from Logan Gilbert.

What to watch: The Mariners look to secure the series win tonight with George Kirby scheduled to take the mound against Baltimore.
