Wait for it ... Junior Caminero’s reaction to winning the AL Pennant 🙌 https://t.co/7N1ChIdF9n Via @MLB on X

What happened: Tampa Bay closed the ALCS in Game 6 to secure the pennant. Caminero's seventh-inning blast off the left-field foul pole pushed the lead to 5-1 in the clincher.

Why it matters: The pennant puts Tampa Bay one series from the franchise's first championship. Milwaukee took the National League pennant, so the Fall Classic will produce a first-time winner.

By the numbers: ALCS Game 6: 5-1 lead after Caminero seventh-inning homer off the foul pole.

What to watch: The World Series pairs Tampa Bay against Milwaukee with a first championship assured.
