"They're doing a hell of a job on defense. Those guys are playing fast. They're playing hard." Read what the Chiefs pla Via @Raiders on X

What happened: Kansas City players and coaches said the defense they will face Sunday is playing fast and hard, echoing the same scouting line ahead of the AFC West meeting. The comments sharpen the tone around a Week 4 matchup between unbeaten division teams.

Why it matters: The winner can grab the early AFC West edge after both sides opened 3-0. A strong showing against a defense drawing that level of respect would further validate Kansas City's unbeaten start as the schedule tightens.

By the numbers: Kansas City enters Week 4 at 3-0, and Sunday will send one club to 4-0 with the inside track in the division race.

What to watch: Sunday's game will show whether that praise turns into a low-margin defensive test or an offense that can keep its early-season pace.
