What happened: Christian Yelich is not in the starting lineup for the Milwaukee Brewers as they prepare to host the Los Angeles Dodgers. The outfielder will begin the contest on the bench.

Why it matters: Milwaukee adjusted its order to counter a left-handed starting pitcher from Los Angeles. The veteran outfielder is expected to remain available for a pinch-hitting opportunity when the Dodgers transition to their bullpen.

What to watch: Monitor the late innings to see if Milwaukee utilizes Yelich in a pinch-hitting role.
