What happened: Anthony Cirelli scored his second goal in the second period against Vegas. Tampa Bay moved back in front of the Golden Knights with the goal. The game aired on ESPN and the ESPN App.

Why it matters: Cirelli reaching two goals gives Tampa Bay offense beyond its top line. Holding the lead in Vegas would bank an early regular-season road win.

What to watch: Tampa Bay now tries to close the third period with the lead intact. Cirelli needs one more for a hat trick.
