What happened: Indianapolis moved the wideout up from the practice squad ahead of the London kickoff. Keenan Allen was downgraded to out because of a groin injury, opening a spot in the game-day receiver group.

Why it matters: The move gives the Colts a replacement option on short notice before an overseas matchup with Washington. It also moves Nick Westbrook-Ikhine back into the game-day conversation after he opened the year on Indianapolis' practice squad.

By the numbers: Westbrook-Ikhine is in his seventh NFL season and caught 11 passes for 89 yards in 15 games with the Dolphins in 2025. Allen caught 81 passes for 777 yards and four touchdowns in 17 games with the Chargers in 2025, and the Colts also elevated Westbrook-Ikhine on Sept. 26.

What to watch: Sunday's inactive list will show whether Westbrook-Ikhine is slated for offensive snaps or emergency depth. Indianapolis' receiver usage should come into focus once Allen is officially unavailable at kickoff.
