What happened: Hardman Jr. arrives as a veteran wide receiver option and Morstead as a punter option on the practice squad. Pancol, a first-year wideout out of Duke signed Sept. 23, departs to open a spot.

Why it matters: Indianapolis is managing regular-season depth with practice-squad churn as weekly needs shift. Keeping a veteran receiver and a specialist on call preserves game-day elevation flexibility without a 53-man move.

What to watch: Watch whether either addition is elevated to the active roster for Sunday.
