What happened: Washington will have its starting signal-caller available against the New York Giants. Elsewhere, the Denver Broncos are altering their offensive play-calling structure, and Arizona receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. is inactive pending an expected trade to the Texans.

Why it matters: A new voice on the headset in Denver highlights a push to improve execution. For Arizona, keeping Harrison off the field eliminates injury risk as the front office finalizes his transaction with Houston.

What to watch: The league awaits final availability decisions on running back Ashton Jeanty and receiver Mike Evans.
