What happened: Cormier called Jones a liar over his account of a private exchange. He said, “I do still hate you and I always will.”

Why it matters: The dispute follows their stint as opposing coaches on a reality show filmed in Thailand. Both former UFC champions are retired, removing an obvious competitive resolution.

What to watch: The rivalry’s next turn depends on whether Jones answers Cormier’s accusation.
