What happened: Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Christian Parker noted that Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love served as his scout-team quarterback when Parker started his NFL coaching tenure as a quality-control assistant on defensive coordinator Mike Pettine's staff.

Why it matters: Parker, now a first-time defensive coordinator for Dallas, prepares to game-plan against the quarterback he once worked alongside in practice after Green Bay drafted Love 26th overall out of Utah State in 2020. Dallas also recently added Pettine to assist Parker ahead of the Lambeau Field matchup.

By the numbers: In two career games against Dallas, Love has completed 47 of 64 passes for 609 yards, six touchdowns, zero interceptions, and a 134.2 passer rating.

What to watch: Dallas travels to Lambeau Field to face Love and the Packers for the first time with Parker calling the defense.
