What happened: The Chicago Cubs wished the Chicago Bulls good luck ahead of Wednesday night's game. Chicago opens its season on the road against the Toronto Raptors at Scotiabank Arena.

Why it matters: The message continues a run of crosstown support to start the season. It follows a similar wish from the White Sox ahead of the new campaign.

What to watch: A win would give Chicago a 1-0 start to the 2025-26 season.
