What happened: Dion Dawkins contrasted Joe Brady with Sean McDermott, calling Brady more connected with younger players. He said Brady bounces around and sings pregame as if ready to play, while describing McDermott as militant.

Why it matters: The comparison signals early locker-room buy-in under Brady after a coaching change. A public endorsement from a veteran lineman helps set the tone for the transition.

What to watch: Watch whether that vibe holds through upcoming games and results.
