What happened: Deni Avdija delivered a productive outing in mid-October action ahead of the 2026-27 season. The performance continued his strong start to the exhibition schedule.

Why it matters: Avdija enters Year 7 after jumping from 16.9 to 24.2 points last season. Sustained creation at that level shapes the offense entering the new campaign.

What to watch: Preseason play continues ahead of the 2026-27 opener. Avdija's usage and on-ball reps are the early indicator.
