What happened: Dave Roberts kept Ohtani fourth for Game 2. Los Angeles holds a 1-0 margin in ongoing play.

Why it matters: Keeping the fourth spot stable holds the middle order intact while Los Angeles trails the series 1-0. The live 1-0 margin gives that unchanged order an early run to defend.

What to watch: Later innings will show whether Roberts leaves the order intact if the 1-0 margin shifts.
