What happened: The Los Angeles Dodgers officially placed Shohei Ohtani on the injured list Friday with biceps inflammation. The club called up prospect Josue De Paula from Double-A to make his MLB debut against the Miami Marlins. To create 40-man roster space, Los Angeles transferred left-hander Eric Lauer from the 15-day to the 60-day IL.
