What happened: Hurts is undergoing treatment after being ruled out for Week 6 on Friday. Philadelphia will play out the 2026 regular season without its starting quarterback.

Why it matters: Losing a 16-game starter reshapes Philadelphia's offense and quarterback depth chart for the stretch run. Hurts completed 294 of 454 passes for 3,224 yards with 25 touchdowns and 6 interceptions in 2025.

What to watch: Philadelphia's quarterback depth moves and lineup decisions will set the rest of the season.
