What happened: Stein says Bahamas hopes to have VJ Edgecombe against visiting Panama after winning without him Thursday. Canada could restore Nickeil Alexander-Walker for its home game against Argentina after resting him Thursday.

Why it matters: Edgecombe's availability would bolster a Bahamas team pursuing its first World Cup berth. The top three teams in each second-round group and the best fourth-place finisher qualify.
