What happened: England supporters in town for the World Cup have carried their chants and singing into the Atlanta Braves' game, and the club leaned into the moment on its own account. The traveling fans have embraced the baseball atmosphere as an extension of their trip to Atlanta.

Why it matters: The crossover crowd adds a festival feel to a midseason stretch for a 49-33 Atlanta side, with the current series against St. Louis level at 1-1. International visitors filling the stands widen a franchise's reach well beyond its usual baseball base.

What to watch: Watch whether the England contingent returns for the rest of the series and how the atmosphere carries into first pitch.
