What happened: Ty Schmit elevated the division-leading Cleveland Browns into his weekly top-six tier for the first time this season, per Adam Schefter.

Why it matters: Backed by a strong start to the 2026 season, Cleveland has pivoted to buyer mode while holding sole possession of the division lead. The front office has opted to retain its veteran receiving corps rather than sell ahead of the deadline while continuing to add defensive tackle depth.

What to watch: Cleveland looks to defend its hold on first place in the AFC North as the 2026 regular season continues.
