"Brian Flores is gonna come after Tyler Shough." @IamSTANBACK weighs in ahead of the @Vikings vs. @Saints matchup 👀 ht Via @gmfb on X

What happened: Stanback flagged Flores as the central problem for Shough ahead of the Vikings-Saints meeting. Shough entered the league as the 40th overall pick in 2025 out of Louisville.

Why it matters: Minnesota's defense tests young quarterbacks with disguised pressure that forces quick decisions. How Shough handles those snaps shapes evaluation of New Orleans' second-round investment.

By the numbers: Shough completed 221 of 327 passes for 2,384 yards with 10 touchdowns and 6 interceptions in 11 games in 2025.

What to watch: Watch Saints protections and checkdowns against Flores' third-down packages.
