What happened: Gabby Williams recorded 15 points and two 3-pointers in just 11 minutes of play during the 2026 WNBA Playoffs matchup between GSV and LVA. The Williams production came during a nationally televised broadcast.

Why it matters: Early scoring efficiency provides a significant advantage in postseason play. High-volume output in limited minutes forces opposing defenses to adjust their coverage and can alter the trajectory of a playoff series.

What to watch: Watch for defensive adjustments to limit perimeter shooting for the remainder of the contest.
