What happened: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander created separation off the dribble against Mario Hezonja before connecting on a pull-up jumper from distance. The perimeter basket came on an isolated switch late in the possession.

Why it matters: Hezonja joined Cleveland on a one-year deal in July and continues to take on tough individual defensive assignments. His ability to guard multiple positions remains central to how the Cavaliers structure their second-unit defensive rotations.

What to watch: Cleveland continues its regular-season schedule as coaching staff monitors second-unit lineup combinations.
