What happened: The Memphis Grizzlies partnered with FedEx to build the 2026 Dream Court at Northeast Prep Academy. The project included a new court surface, hoops, benches and a one-of-a-kind mural by Memphis artist Siphne Sylve.

Why it matters: The renovation gives students a renewed on-campus space for basketball and school use. The build continues Memphis community work around youth facilities ahead of the 2026-27 season.

What to watch: The Grizzlies continue Opening Night week activities in Memphis. Additional youth programming at the school is expected to follow.
