For Chuba Hubbard and the run game, Sunday night's win was about "attitude" https://t.co/KkdAUZDAhF Via @Panthers on X

What happened: The ground effort leaned on physicality and an attitude-driven push led by Hubbard. Hubbard entered 2026 with his first captaincy after Carolina drafted him 126th overall in 2021 out of Oklahoma State.

Why it matters: A productive run game controls clock and eases pressure on the passing game in close NFC contests. Continued output from a veteran lead back would stabilize Carolina's rotation early in the 2026 regular season.

By the numbers: Hubbard (2025, 15 games): 134 carries, 511 yards, 1 touchdown; drafted 4th round, 126th overall in 2021.

What to watch: Watch whether Carolina sticks with the same run-game rotation and physical approach in Week 5.
