What happened: Pro Football Focus slotted Gabe Jacas third, Arvell Reese sixth and Sonny Styles 13th in its updated rookie grades. Jacas earned the third-highest mark among all first-year players following an eight-game stretch with three sacks. Reese and Styles both secured top-15 positioning after anchoring their defensive units through seven games.

Why it matters: The evaluations highlight immediate defensive production from the 2026 rookie class across multiple schemes. Reese has logged 56 tackles for the Giants, while Styles has posted 54 tackles in Washington. Jacas continues to produce in New England's edge rotation despite battling a knee issue.

What to watch: Jacas is listed as questionable with a knee injury ahead of New England's upcoming matchup. Reese and Styles continue regular-season action aiming to maintain their paces among rookie tackle leaders.
