What happened: Indiana holds a 51-40 lead over the Aces during ongoing third-quarter action. NBC and Peacock are carrying the national broadcast of the live matchup.

Why it matters: Las Vegas holds a 17-8 record this season and entered Monday's contest on a two-game winning streak. Jackie Young previously shaped a one-point game with a key perimeter shot during the July 5 meeting between the franchises. Indiana claimed that July 5 encounter 84-68 and sits at 14-9 overall as both clubs compete for regular-season playoff positioning.

By the numbers: Las Vegas averages 90.1 points per contest while allowing 85.9, compared to Indiana's 93.8 points scored and 88.3 points allowed per outing. The Aces went 3-2 over their last five games prior to Monday, including a 106-58 victory over the Phoenix Mercury on July 11.

What to watch: Watch whether Las Vegas can sustain its perimeter scoring pace through the remainder of the second half to close the gap.
