What happened: Jackie Young climbed to ninth on the WNBA's career postseason assists list during Friday's playoff action.

Why it matters: Top-10 movement on an all-time postseason leaderboard carries extra weight in October, when every possession can swing a series. It also reinforces Jackie Young's standing as one of the league's durable playoff playmakers.

By the numbers: Young is now top 10 in career postseason assists, and recent playoff coverage also tracked her move to No. 10 on the all-time postseason three-pointers list.

What to watch: The next watch is whether Young keeps climbing the assists leaderboard as the 2026 postseason continues. Another jump would turn this into a broader playoff run trend, not a one-off marker.
