What happened: Washington established a 3-0 lead over the Indianapolis Colts behind a strong initial rushing effort from Jacory Croskey-Merritt.

Why it matters: With key contributors including Jayden Daniels and Terry McLaurin sidelined by injury, the team is leaning on depth pieces to generate offense. The former Arizona standout has stepped into a larger role for the shorthanded unit.

What to watch: The offense will attempt to maintain its ground efficiency as the contest continues.
