What happened: The Jacksonville Jaguars are counting down to their Sept. 13 regular season opener. They enter 2026 after a 13-4 season and an AFC South title.

Why it matters: Jacksonville will face seven teams that reached the 2025 playoffs, giving it a demanding test. A team coming off 13 wins should be treated as a genuine AFC contender until its performance proves otherwise.
