What happened: The Jaguars moved safety Kaevon Merriweather from the practice squad to the active roster and added long snapper Jacob Bobenmoyer to the practice squad. Offensive lineman Anton Harrison moved to the Reserve/Injured list in the corresponding move.

Why it matters: Harrison, the 27th pick in 2023 out of Oklahoma, has held a starting role up front, so his absence forces a reshuffle. Merriweather adds back-end depth after being elevated Oct. 10, entering his fourth season out of Iowa.

By the numbers: Merriweather made 11 tackles in 13 games in 2025, split between the Buccaneers and Texans. Harrison was drafted 27th overall in 2023.

What to watch: Jacksonville's next injury report will clarify the offensive line configuration. Bobenmoyer's practice-squad stint positions him as snap depth.
