What happened: Jacksonville added cornerback Alijah Huzzie to its 53-man roster from Houston's practice squad. The North Carolina product is in his first NFL season.

Why it matters: The move adds depth to Jacksonville's secondary from inside the AFC South. Practice-squad poaches require a 53-man roster spot, putting Huzzie in line for gameday availability.

By the numbers: Huzzie made 4 tackles with 1 interception in 2 games in 2025 with Houston.

What to watch: Jacksonville moves Huzzie onto the active roster ahead of Week 5 preparation. Houston can backfill its practice squad opening.
