What happened: Jase Richardson spoke with reporters after the fourth day of training camp as preseason work continued ahead of the 2026-27 season. An earlier camp update relayed Richardson's goal of playing more physically this year.

Why it matters: The appearance marks another early-camp checkpoint for a young guard drawing preseason attention. Richardson's focus on physicality is one of the clearer themes to watch as camp moves closer to exhibition play.
