What happened: Washington continued Week 4 preparation in London for Sunday's 9:30 a.m. matchup against Indianapolis at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Jayden Daniels addressed the media after Day 2 of practice with the starting quarterback decision still described as fluid.

Why it matters: Daniels is officially listed as questionable and was limited earlier in the week while wearing a brace on his left elbow. The decision determines Washington's Week 4 starter in a condensed international preparation window.

What to watch: Watch for the final Week 4 designation and Sunday morning starter announcement.
