We've signed WR Jamaal Prichett to the practice squad and released WR Tyler Johnson Via @nyjets on X

What happened: The swap was announced Oct. 13 with Johnson departing the practice squad. Johnson originally signed Sept. 15. Prichett fills the open practice-squad spot.

Why it matters: The move turns over the back end of the receiver room during the regular season. Johnson contributed 12 receptions in 12 games last season.

By the numbers: Johnson in 2025: 12 catches, 197 yards, 1 TD in 12 games. Drafted 161st overall in 2020 out of Minnesota.

What to watch: Prichett is now eligible for elevation if active-roster depth thins. Johnson can sign elsewhere as a free agent.
