What happened: MLB highlighted Junior Caminero's microphone presence prior to the 122nd Fall Classic. His pre-series media session included recounting how he connected on a past home run during an interview segment.

Why it matters: Caminero enters his first Fall Classic after an ALCS Game 6 seventh-inning blast stretched the lead to 5-1 and produced the longest recorded postseason home run trot in MLB history. That October power surge builds on the balanced swing behind his midseason home run tear and July Home Run Derby preparation.

What to watch: First pitch for Game 1 of the World Series is scheduled for Friday at 8 p.m. ET on FOX and FOX One.
