What happened: Kenny Smith questioned whether the San Antonio Spurs can sustain their three-guard starting lineup over the long term. Smith voiced skepticism regarding the viability of opening games with three guards on the floor.

What to watch: San Antonio continues assessing its rotational balance and backcourt combinations as game conditions dictate.
