What happened: The No. 11 entry arrived Oct. 21 as Dallas stages tip-off week events into the 2026-27 season. Dallas scheduled an official tip-off event at Happiest Hour for the eve of tip-off.

Why it matters: Dallas has framed its 2026-27 reset around 19-year-old Flagg with Irving as the veteran co-star. Dallas rebuffed outside trade interest in Irving in July ahead of opening-week chatter.

What to watch: Opening-night rotation and Irving's first minutes will define the Flagg pairing plan.
