Lamar Jackson day-to-day as Judkins, Love eye Week 7 returns

Huntley set for third straight start if out

What happened: Lamar Jackson has yet to practice since spraining his left ankle in a Week 4 win over the Tennessee Titans, with head coach Jesse Minter calling him day-to-day as a potential practice participant. If Jackson cannot go Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, Tyler Huntley would make his third consecutive start. Quinshon Judkins missed Week 6 with an ankle injury and the Cleveland Browns hope he practices before Sunday against the Tennessee Titans, while Jeremiyah Love is scheduled to test his ankle early in the week.

Why it matters: Another absence would extend Huntley's run to three straight starts at quarterback. Week 6 absences forced backup rotations, leaving Week 7 backfields dependent on midweek practice progress.

What to watch: Midweek practice participation will clarify Jackson, Judkins and Love for Sunday.
